In 2020, Mr. Meyer initiated the Lapis Real Estate Group to combine the experience gained in more than 20 years, with over 1 billion EUR of discretionary real estate and investment volume under management, in the financial industry, asset management and real estate development, under one roof as an interdisciplinary concept. Mr. Meyer began his career in a northern German family office with an investment focus in the real estate segment.

Via own project developments as well as the initiation of a special real estate funds as intermediate station, he gained experience in a European investment bank with a focus on alternative investments from 2004 to 2013. Here hewas responsible for all real estate topics as well as various semi-institutional mandatestill his conscious exit out of that industry.

Following his understanding of values and his affinity to real estate investments, he participated in an owner-managed North German project development group after a conscious exitout of the banking industry, where he was in charge of its successful development until 2019.

Ralf Pschibul

Mr. Pschibul has more than 30 years of professional experience in banking. The main career stages included ten years as authorized signatory and head of the department for commercial real estate financing at DZ Bank Düsseldorf, as well as board membership at the Evangelische Bank in Kiel.
 
Until the end, Mr. Pschibul was active for more than 10 years as a member of the Board of Management of today’s VR Bank Nord eG. Starting with total assets of around EUR 0.9 billion in the predecessor´s institution, he was responsible for high organic growth and in 2018 accompanied a merger, from which a successful institution with total assets of almost 5 billion EUR was created. 
 

Among other things, he was responsible for the profitable development of the in-house investment management, with long-term investments in residential real estate, the implementation of property development measures and the project planning of facilities for the generation of renewable energies.

Dr. Walter Höft

After studying business administration at the University of Hamburg and graduating with a Diploma in Business Administration and as Business Graduate, Dr. Höft began his career as a research assistant at the Institute for Business Taxation under Prof. Dr. H.-J. Kleineidam at the University of the federal armed forces in Hamburg, obtaining his doctorate (Dr. rer. Nat.).
 
Dr. Höft has been a certified tax consultant since 1994 and a certified public accountant since the year 2000. He is a founding partner of the 2C Group and its legal predecessors and has been involved in successful IPOs such as Höft & Wessel AG, Conergy AG and C.A.T. oil AG.
 

With a broad real estate and investment portfolio, Dr. Höft is also an experienced serial investor.
As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Dr. Höft advises and supports the management in all strategic decisions of the company.

Prof. Dr. Matthias Prinz

Prof. Dr. Matthias Prinz studied at the University of Hamburg (Dr. jur.) and Harvard Law School (LL.M). He then passed the Bar in New York and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and to the Hamburg Bar in 1985.

Prof. Dr. Prinz has decisively shaped modern press and media law with numerous landmark cases up to the Federal Court of Justice, the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.

Since 1997, he has been increasingly involved in teaching with lectures and presentations at various universities. He has been an honorary professor at the FU Berlin since 2000 and co-founded the Berlin Media Professional School in 2006. He is also a member of the supervisory board of the World Future Council and the Helmut Newton Foundation.
Prof. Dr. Matthias Prinz is also an experienced real estate investor and advises the management as an advisor to the company.
